On March 23, 2013 André and Sue went off the deep end and adopted a dog!

At first we didn't like the idea at all but it seems to be not so bad after all. Princess (now re-named Bybe) does not bother us, she just ignores us for the most part and Sue seems to try and make up for her colossal laps of judgment by giving us even more attention. So we go along with this - for now. Meet our new travel companion:

After Hunter had gotten sick and André and Sue had to put him to sleep, they got me a new travel companion. At the same shelter they adopted Bybe from, they found a Siamese mix by the name of Trixie and brought her home. Based on her fur color Trixie was re-named Smoky which was a good thing. Turns out she is a he! At Smoky's initial visit to our vet in Callander, he told André and Sue that Smoky is a male. It doesn't matter to me, we get along just fine and so do Smoky and Bybe.

What a drag!

What we have to put up with! After many years of a comfortable life in our old house, André and Sue sold it in October of 2011 and moved. Nobody asked us of course, we just got packed up and taken along. And now that we finally are getting used to the new digs everything is changing again. Traveling is the new tag line and we face months of living in a trailer. Everything smells new and unfamiliar and the thing even shakes and moves at times. Of course neither André or Sue are anywhere to be found at such times to comfort us. Typical! They conveniently re-appear after the spook is over.

Seems we have no choice but to go along for the ride so let's see what the future holds in stock for us.

Read our blog Adventures of two cyber cats
to learn more about us. Oh, and start reading at the beginning (June 2009) - it's much more fun this way.

Found one of our pets?

We love our pets and really want to keep them. We try to prevent them from doing so as hard as we can of course but when you're on the road as much as we are, there is always a risk that one of them will bug out. So if you found one of our pets, please contact us a.s.a.p. in one of the following ways:

In Canada: call or text to
